Randie Ruff
Randie grew up in the rural community of Dehesa. She has held previous positions as an Office Manager and Customer Support in the medical field. Randie is excited to be working for SITVR and looks forward to many new opportunities that are ahead of her as she began her employment here only recently. She also has outside interests in writing, drawing, and interior design.

Edward Cadotte
An enrolled member of the Lakota Nation from Standing Rock Agency of Fort Yates, North Dakota, Edward is known more in the community as “Chuck.” He has been with the SITVR office since June 2005. In San Diego area since the 70’s after moving from the L.A. area., he has been involved for many years in sports including basketball (playing and Coaching) and baseball. He was forced to slow down his pace after some knee injures. Edward got re-involved in his Native culture and has been making crafts to reflect his tribal art. You can find him vending at area powwow’s. He taught his children and grand children traditional and grass dances. Edward enjoys working for SITVR, a big career change for him. He hopes to continue to be of service to the Native American community.
